Order Cancellation
Before Order Preparation: Customers may cancel their orders before the order is prepared and dispatched. In this case, we will provide a full refund to the customer's loyalty app cash wallet.
After Order Preparation: Once an order has been prepared, it cannot be cancelled. We kindly request customers to carefully review their order before confirming.
Refund Policy
General Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our food and beverages, we do not offer cash or card refunds for purchased items.
Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, we will do our best to offer a suitable replacement. If the customer is not satisfied with the replacement, we will provide a complimentary item or a free set meal as compensation.
Order Fulfilment Issues: In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil an order, we will offer a full refund as credit to the customer's loyalty app cash wallet. This credit can be used towards future purchases.
