Terms and Condition

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Wonders mobile application (the "App") operated by Mealnovate Ventures Sdn Bhd ("Company"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. 

 

Use of the App  

 

2.1 Eligibility: To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. 

 

2.2 Account Registration: In order to access certain features of the App, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 

 

Loyalty Program  

 

3.1 E-Stamps: The App may offer an e-stamp program for members. E-stamps earned through the App may be redeemed for rewards or discounts as outlined in the Loyalty Program terms. 

 

3.2 E-Stamp Redemption: E-stamps have no cash value and can only be redeemed as outlined in the Loyalty Program terms. E-stamps cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Online Ordering and Payments  

 

4.1 Online Ordering: The App may allow you to place orders for products or services offered by the Company. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the purchase, including payment and delivery terms. 

 

4.2 Payment: Payment for orders placed through the App must be made using the provided payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the payment information is accurate. 

 

Privacy  

• Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information. 

• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms or applicable laws. 

 

Limitation of Liability  

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the App. 

 

Changes to Terms  

• We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. 

• Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
